Jesus loves you

Jesus loves you. He knows all about you... your hidden thoughts and deepest fears. He also knows your weaknesses and your failures. And He still loves you.

Some people believe that they have to be perfect for God to love them. Not true!

In the words of Saint Paul, the real reason is... "not because of any righteous deed we may have done, but because of His mercy." (Titus 3:5)

Jesus doesn't love you in a small way. Think about it! He loves you tremendously.

A person may ask, "How can you be so sure, when you don't know me and the things that have happened in my life?"

jesus forgives

Jesus the Healer knows. He accepts you as you are, but He wants you to try to make the needed changes in your life.

Sadly, many people don't love themselves

They may be unhappy with their family situation, their appearance, their health, their job or their finances. Some may feel a sense of shame or regret because of things they may have done or for things that have been done to them.

They think that nobody loves them. What they need to know is that...
God loves them.

To feel the love Jesus has for you, repeat, "Jesus loves me."

If you think that you are no good, then study the figure of Jesus nailed to the Cross. This is the measure of how much Jesus loves you and how important you are to Him.

You can be sure of Christ's great love for you... even if you are not the person you could be... or if bad things have happened to you.

Out of love for us, Christ willingly died on the Cross

For love to be complete, it needs to be returned

I once tried to console a beautiful young girl, who was sobbing her heart out. The boy she loved no longer loved her. There is deep disappointment when love is not returned.

We return our love to Jesus when we say, "Jesus, I love you." So say it often and mean it.

Remember Christ's words, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word and my Father will love Him and we will come … and make our dwelling with Him" (John 14:23).
