A reality check throws a spotlight on your behavior. Focus on one of the following if it applies to you:

• I have hurt too many people that I love.

• I will lose my job if I get caught.

• This is not the person I want to be.

If what you see is not what you want for your life, use one of these to ask for assistance:

• Come Holy Spirit, give me the strength to say no.

• Mary, mother of Jesus, help me.

• Jesus be my strength for You know my weakness.

Try to live in the present.
Focus on Christ's great love for you. Leave yesterday in God's merciful hands.

Don't worry about tomorrow. Jesus will be there for you.
